Mr. S. Viswanathan is a competent administrator with over 3 decades of experience in managing operations, formulating policies and procedures in various capacities for the EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) and other Government Departments. Besides having expertise in his own domain driving modernization projects for enhancing operational efficacy, business process re-engineering and process automation initiatives; he is also a keen planner and effective communicator. His strengths lie in project appraisal, evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning and deployment, project estimation, scheduling, tracking and implementation. He was also awarded fellowship by The International Labour Organization (ILO).With long years of multi-disciplinary expertise specifically ‘Provident Funds and Pension’ he has been engaged as a freelance management consultant covering areas on business intelligence, finance & insurance associated investigations.

Mr. J. Dasgupta

Mr. Dasgupta is an educationist par excellence & pioneer in the vocational Training area. He is the president of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Institute of Technology & Management and Baba Saheb Industrial Training Center (National Vocational Training provider). He has been awarded the prestigious All India Pravasi Ratan Award (2006-2007) on 4th November, at New Delhi for extra ordinary achievement in the field of technical education and upliftment of the poor section of the society, by the honorable Chief Minister of Delhi Mrs. Sheila Dixit and honorable heavy industry minister, Government of India. Mrs. Kanti Singh.Mr. J. Dasgupta has also been appointed as the chairman of the TASK committee of Directorate of Training and Technical Education Government of India. Ms LESLIE DEL PUERTO ESCALADA is an accomplished academician and trainer.  She has a PG Diploma from Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands and a Masters of Arts in Demography from University of the Philippines Population Institute, University of the Philippines.  She is a proud recipient of David and Lucille Packard Foundation Scholarship.  She has been a lead facilitator in many of the international workshops on various topics ranging from Governance, Social Welfare and Rural Development. She has also taught Economics in ATENEO DE NAGA UNIVERSITY. Naga City, Philippines.  She was consultant to projects of United Nations Population Fund in Philippines and is a leading trainer on various topics of Economics.  She has participated in many international conferences on Social Security, Rural Development and Welfare.
