We have observed that the lack of well qualified work force is the bane of most corporate. Most of the students/ individuals are not aware of what good employers/ corporate are looking from their prospective employees. A lot of First Time JOB seekers lacked in basic aptitude, soft skills and take lot of time get accustomed to the corporate environment.For the first time, the demographics are working in India’s favour.  But, the country will have this advantage for two decades only. There is a sense of realization that we need to work towards bridging the skill gap and iNext360° has undertaken this initiative to play a role in this national agenda.

While the need for skilled manpower in India is on the rise, the quality of manpower available does not match industry requirements.
